Worship Team Info

Welcome to the Mosaic Worship Team

Worship at Mosaic is not about performance. It is about leading people to Jesus.

Every Sunday we create space for the church to encounter God, respond in faith, and fix our eyes on Christ. That takes prayer, preparation, humility, and unity.

The worship team is not a platform. It is a ministry.

We lead from devotion, not just ability.
We serve the house, not ourselves.
We aim for excellence, but we pursue presence.

If you are part of this team, you are shaping the spiritual atmosphere of our gatherings. That is a privilege and a responsibility.

The Worship Team Expectations document outlines the heart, character, and practical standards we commit to as a team.

It is not about control.
It is about clarity.

Inside you will find:

• Spiritual expectations
• Rehearsal and Sunday preparation standards
• Communication guidelines
• Team culture values
• Musical excellence expectations
• Safeguarding and accountability principles

Please read it prayerfully. Our goal is unity, not pressure. We want everyone serving from joy and conviction.

Our Song List document exists to protect the theology, culture, and sound of Mosaic.

Every song we introduce shapes the beliefs and language of our church. What we sing becomes what we remember. What we repeat becomes what we believe.

Inside this document you will find an approved song list of songs that can be sung at any Mosaic Church gathering.

We aim for:

• Strong Christ centred lyrics
• Congregational accessibility
• Memorable choruses
• Musical excellence without complexity overload

Consistency builds confidence in the room. Familiarity builds freedom in worship.
