God Central Church, Harlow is currently the data controller. This means it decides how your personal data is processed and for what purposes.

God Central Church is in the process of transitioning to a new legal entity under the name Mosaic Church Harlow. Once this transition is complete, Mosaic Church Harlow will become the data controller and will assume responsibility for all personal data previously held by God Central Church, in line with this Privacy Policy. We will update this notice to reflect the new legal entity once the change is complete.

  • To fundraise and promote the interests of the church

  • To provide a voluntary service for the benefit of the public

  • To respond to enquiries, requests for information, or complaints

  • To register you for events and conferences

  • To enable the Senior Leaders of the church to personally and directly communicate with you if required

Where you have given your consent, we may contact you about other church activities and services that may be of interest to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

The legal bases for processing your personal data include:

  • Your explicit consent, so we can keep you informed about news, events, activities, and services

  • Processing necessary to comply with legal obligations, including those relating to Gift Aid and employment law

  • Processing carried out by a not-for-profit body with a religious purpose, where:

    • the processing relates only to members, former members, or those in regular contact with the church, and

As a general rule, personal data will be kept for 12 months from the end of your relationship with us, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
